こちらは楽布アオトソラオリジナルデザインです。
関さんが当店のために製作してくださいました。
外側は味のあるマットな白、内側が関さんの器の大きな特徴の一つである"蒼”のマグカップです。
手で包み込んだ時、その滑らかな手触りと程よい大きさがしっくりくるなという印象です。
持ち手の大きさも程よく、とても持ちやすいです。
中を覗き込んだ時、その深みのある"蒼”に癒されます。
窯変の薄茶色の点やピンホールがあります。
お仕事中のコーヒータイム、モーニングのお供として。
コーヒー、ミルクティー、チャイなどにもどうぞ。

関太一郎さんの器は滑らかな手触りと美しい形が特徴です。
美しい色がお料理・飲み物などを引き立ててくれます。
とても手に馴染みやすく、日常使いもしやすい器です。
カタチや色合いは個体差があります。
発送はおまかせとさせていただきます。

染み止め処理をしているため米のとぎ汁での煮沸は必要ありません。
ただそれでも陶器ですので、使う前に水を染み込ませておけば貫入に汚れが染みにくくなります。また保存容器としては使わず、使用後はなるべく早く洗うようにしてください。

This handcrafted mug is an exclusive original design created for Rappu Aoto Sora by ceramic artist Taichiro Seki.
The exterior features a warm, matte white finish with a beautifully rustic character, while the interior is glazed in Seki's signature Ao (Blue)—one of the defining features of his work. The contrast between the soft white exterior and the deep blue interior creates a striking yet understated elegance.
When cradled in your hands, the mug's silky-smooth surface, rounded form, and perfectly balanced size feel exceptionally comfortable. The thoughtfully designed handle offers a secure, comfortable grip. Looking into the mug, you'll be greeted by the calming depth of the beautiful blue glaze, making every coffee or tea break a little more relaxing.
Each mug displays subtle kiln effects, including delicate light brown speckles and occasional pinholes, which are natural characteristics of the firing process and enhance the individuality of every handmade piece.

Taichiro Seki's pottery is admired for its smooth texture, graceful forms, and exceptional everyday usability. The beautiful glaze enhances both food and beverages, while the comfortable design makes each piece a pleasure to use day after day.
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in shape, glaze, and color are natural and part of its unique character. Items will be selected at random.
Care Instructions
This mug has been treated with a stain-resistant seal, so there is no need to boil it in rice-rinsing water before first use.
As with all earthenware, soaking the mug in clean water for a few minutes before use can help reduce staining in the fine crackle (crazing) of the glaze.
Do not use it as a food storage container, and wash it promptly after use.
Allow the mug to dry completely before storing.

Artist Profile – Taichiro Seki (Renge Kiln)
Born in 1980 in Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
Graduated from Maebashi Commercial High School in 1998.
Graduated from Ota College of Information and Business in 2001.
Completed the Advanced Ceramics Program at Seto Ceramic High School, Aichi Prefecture, in 2007.
Served as an instructor at Ryusen Kiln Pottery Studio in Tokyo (2007–2012).
Taught pottery classes at the Taito City Kotobuki Senior Welfare Center (2011–2012).
Established his own studio in Kurabuchi, Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, in 2012.
Relocated to Fujimi, Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, in 2017.
Founded the Renge Kiln Pottery Studio.
