インドのコルカタから車で３時間の山奥にニームカトラリーの生産者の村があります。
「ミラクルニーム」とも呼ばれるとても薬効の高い木で作ってもらったカトラリーは、ナチュラルな風合いで食卓に温かみを添えてくれます。

【長く使うためのお手入れ方法】
使う前にさっと水につけ、乾いた布で拭いてからご使用ください。
食器用洗剤で洗っていただけます。洗った後はすぐに水分を拭き取り、しっかり乾燥させてから、直射日光を避けて保管してください。
半年に一度くらい、オリーブオイルなどの食用油を薄く塗り込むと艶がもどります。（本品はマスタードオイル仕上げです）
シミができたり、割れたりした時はサンドペーパーをかけてオイルを塗ってください。

This handcrafted neem wood cutlery is made in a small village located about three hours from Kolkata, India. Crafted from neem, a tree often referred to as the "Miracle Neem" for its remarkable natural properties, each piece brings warmth and a beautifully organic touch to your dining table.
With its smooth finish and distinctive natural grain, every utensil is unique. The wood is finished with mustard oil, enhancing its rich color while preserving its natural beauty.
Care Instructions
To help your neem wood cutlery last for years to come:
Before first use, briefly rinse with water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Wash with mild dish soap after use.
Dry thoroughly immediately after washing and store away from direct sunlight.
About twice a year, apply a thin coat of food-safe oil, such as olive oil, to restore the wood's natural luster. (This product is originally finished with mustard oil.)
If stains, roughness, or small cracks develop over time, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper and reapply a food-safe oil.
